Browsing and downloads

This website serves articles and downloadable text templates. It has no signup form, analytics script or document upload form. It does not store client checklists or financial records. Hosting providers may process technical request logs such as IP addresses and browser information to deliver and protect the website. If the hosting platform requires sign-in, that sign-in is governed by the platform’s policies.

Advertising status

The site includes a Google AdSense ownership-verification meta tag and ads.txt publisher record. These are identifiers, not advertising scripts. Google review may be requested. No AdSense ads, Google advertising scripts or advertising cookies are enabled in this version, and approval is not claimed.

If advertising is activated later, this notice will describe the advertising partners, cookie use and available choices. Any required consent system will be configured before ads are enabled. See how Google uses data on partner sites.

Product and external links

The CloseChase application runs on a separate origin with its own privacy notice and private workspace. The guides cannot access application records through the product’s authenticated APIs. Links to other sites take you to services with their own policies. We use a no-referrer policy for outgoing links.

Email contact

Email links open your own email application. Your message is shared with the operator only when you send it. Do not include client financial records, identity documents or passwords. Correspondence is used to respond to your request and maintain the service; request deletion by contacting us from the same address.
